POACHED GLAZED SALMON
If you like seafood here is a real quick and easy recipe for you. You can you most types of firm fish, but in this case I used wild salmon fillets.
Here's what you need:
4 pieces of fish
1/2 cup of lemon juice
2 tbsp worcestshire sauce
3 tbsp of honey plus 2 tbsp
First warm 3 tbsp of honey so you can easily mix it with the lemon juice and worcestshire sauce and mix well. Next place the fish fillets in a baking dish, pour sauce mix over fish and drizzle the remaining 2 tbsp of honey on top of the fish. Bake/poach uncovered in a 375 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes or until done.
